Sebastian took care of everyone, constantly checking in to ensure everyone was doing well. I even witnessed him teaching some young solo travelers the fundamentals of self-defense. One memorable day, I joined the staff to indulge in delicious Arepas. They also offered invaluable guidance, recommending numerous activities and beautiful spots to explore in Banos. In short, I didn't just find a place to stay; I found a family at this hostel.

Great location and place to hang out. Super chill vibe and the rooms and lockers were nice. Beds shake a bit when someone climbs up and down from the top bunk and not super shaky when moving in bed which was good! Nice windows in the rooms for fresh air :) yoga shala was amazing with the best mountain views and the kitchen was super well equipped.

Great communal space. Super friendly staff. Awesome support for travelers wanting recommendations. Laundry was prompt with no missing socks or underwear. Well located just a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the hot baths.

Best place to be at, Rolando the chef is a great great cook. Staff are always helpful with anything you need. Rooms are clean, comfortable with hot showers. Great environment with views of the mountains and location is perfect to get around the city.

The location was perfect. The room had a good size with lockers and own bathroom with warm water. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, incl. free tea/coffe/juice/water. The hostel offers a lot of activities which we booked. The social area inside and outside was nice. You have a lot of space to chill or to play games (cards, table football, pool table, etc). They have their own little restaurant if you're too lazy to go out. I liked the food. It is a nice social hostel without being a party hostel, which I liked. It's located in a quieter area but still very close to the city. Bus station is 10-15 min walking. I extended my stay cause I liked this place. I also canceled one night (free cancelation via booking.com), which was not a problem at all even if we decided it one hour after check-out time. We didn't had to pay extra for this hour. Good service.

It's really well decorated and looks just like in the pictures. Breakfast was good. The location was pretty good, center is very close and you can also walk there from the bus terminal. They had lots of cakes and other things available at the bar. Also lots of activities to do there or to book, plus a small library of books and games that were in good condition.
