* No refund policy for cancelations within 24 hours of check-in. Payment made towards all bookings can only be obtained in the form of booking credit for any nights canceled.
* All bookings for the period 24th December - 2nd January inclusive are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
* Credit cannot be issued or used for the period 24th December – 2nd January (inclusive) and a guest must contact the hostel to receive their credit voucher, it will not be issued automatically.
*Credit vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions (issued on creation of credit voucher).
