Southwest’s Offering Flights To Las Vegas, Puerto Rico, And More For As Little As $45 One-Way

Southwest Airlines is offering one-way flights for as low as $45 this summer.

Travelers must move quickly and book the deal by May 26 at 11:59 p.m. CT. According to the carrier, it is applicable on domestic flights, to and from Hawaii, inter-island travel within Hawaii, flights to and from Puerto Rico, and international flights from Aug. 16 to Nov. 5.

Another option is to fly from Palm Springs to Las Vegas for as little as $59 round trip or to island hop in Hawaii for as little as $45 round trip between Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island.

Flights from Fort Lauderdale to Havana are available for as cheap as $142 one-way for anyone looking to engage in international travel.

Tourists can also fly from Fort Lauderdale to Grand Cayman for only $89 one-way, or from Fort Lauderdale to Cancun for only $163 one-way.

Most continental U.S. travel is not eligible on Fridays or Sundays, and the discount is not applicable for the Labor Day holiday weekend on September 1, September 2, or September 5. Only Sundays through Wednesdays are accessible for travel to various destinations, including Miami, Orlando, and Las Vegas. Travel from the mainland United States to Hawaii is valid on Sundays through Wednesdays, while travel from Hawaii to the continental United States is valid on Tuesdays through Fridays.

Southwest’s Wanna Get Away fare or the company’s latest Wanna Get Away Plus fare, which allows travelers to take advantage of same-day changes and standby flights, as well as transfer eligible unused travel credits to another person to use later, is available to travelers who book the offer.

The airline is currently modernizing its flights with personal chargers, wider overhead bins and improved in-flight Wi-Fi, all to be introduced in the coming months.
