The Hive Smart Hotel & Shopping, the First Cancun Hotel Focused on Remote Workers and Long Stay Visitors

Cancun never disappoints. This popular tourist destination has opened its first hotel focused on remote workers, long-term visitors, and shopping.

The new project is placed in the city’s south, which is just beyond the tourist area to take advantage of the region’s growth.

It is 10 minutes away from commercial centers, 45 minutes from Cancun’s beaches, and 20 minutes from the Convention Center.

“This hotel is the product of a combination of luxury and innovation. It’s ideal for business and unique magical experiences,” said Alex Guindi, CEO of G Hotels.

“All types of travelers are welcome to visit us. As more customers are taking longer holidays as a result of the pandemic and people working remotely, it will be geared at visitors who spend one or two months in a tourist region,” he added.

The Hive Smart Hotel & Shopping offers a variety of accommodations, restaurants, shopping and services in one location. Some of the shopping options at Hive include:

Victoria Flowers, Seven-Eleven, Deline Boutique, Batta Sushi, Flavor Cup, Entre Fuegos, Restaurante Tahini, Face Bar, New Beginning Nail Spa.

The hotel’s rooms and suites will cost between $70 and $120 per night, including a continental breakfast.

In addition to the different shopping and dining options, Hive also has a co-working space and a wellness center

When compared to a stay in the Hotel Zone, the prices are reasonable. There is just one other hotel in the area, so for people looking for a long-term, lower-cost lodging away from the tourist center, this is the best bet.

As reported by REPORTUR.mx, Hive Smart Hotel & Shopping had an investment of 200 million Mexican pesos.

G Hotels’ Hive Smart Hotel & Shopping is located on Huayacán Avenue in the city’s business district, close to the airport.
