These 4 Luxury Resorts Are Debuting In Los Cabos In 2024

In the coming months, travelers to Los Cabos will have even more choices when it comes to luxury stays along the Pacific Coast. Breaking records, tourists are flocking to the spectacular beaches, natural landscapes, vast culinary experiences, and abundance of outdoor activities.

Since Los Cabos has been gaining popularity with tourists and as such, luxury hotels and resorts are taking note. The city currently has several luxury hotels and resorts, but here is a brief overview of five new properties set to open. 

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol

Scheduled to open in Spring 2024, the hotel will offer 96 rooms and suites along with 61 residences, villas, and estates. Sitting on more than 20 hectares of oceanfront, the property will be the brand’s second hotel in Los Cabos and is set to offer eight food and beverage options, a signature Four Seasons spa a cutting-edge fitness center, three pools, and more.

Along with access to a private beach and one of the region’s top golf courses, Cabo Del Sol Course it will feature a family park as well as signature member services and an outdoor adventure program.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol

Scheduled to open in mid-2024, the hotel is set along two miles of white sandy beaches in the exclusive Cabos del Sol community on the Baja California Sur coast. The resort will boast 163 ocean-view guest rooms and suites, 19 villas and residences, five pools, world-class golf, a full-service spa, and a fitness and wellness center.

Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the hotel will be a blend of luxury and comfort just 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Along with signature dining experiences, the hotel is a leader in environmental care criteria in its construction process.

St. Regis Los Cabos

Set to be complete in early Q1, 2024, the hotel will provide guests with access to 1,200 feet of oceanfront. Located on the Southern tip of the Baja Peninsula, the 33-acre property will feature 74 luxury residences, offering condominiums and villas.  

Along with seven pools and a private beach club, guests will have access to the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and Quivira Golf Club and distinctive dining experiences.

Soho House Los Cabos

Located on one of the area’s most scenic beaches, the exclusive chain will be opening its first 70-room resort in Los Cabos by the end of 2024. The luxurious and exclusive property will be open to Soho House members only, set on the tourist corridor of Los Cabos.
