This New Mexican Resort With Tesla Rides And Butler Service Takes Luxury To Another Level

“Nestled in the Mayan rainforest” on one of the world’s most iconic beaches lies La Casa de la PlayaThe Beach House– an all-inclusive resort that has raised the bar on luxury.

The new concept claims to “make you feel at home,” which is true, as long as your butler picks you up from the airport in a Tesla and then instructs your beach house’s employees to prepare you a massage in your spa.

According to Nick Pena, a luxury travel expert with Cruise Planners, there are “lots of luxury all-inclusive [properties], but how many actually exist?

“I believe the five-star service combined with the access to all of Xcaret’s parks while being in a private eco-friendly luxury enclave will connect strongly with luxury consumers.”

The new resort features 63 suites, each of which is over a thousand square feet and costs almost $2,000 per night.

The hydrotherapy pool is free; however, massages and other spa services are not included in the price, which is not rare in these types of resorts.

A 24-hour gym, a 24-hour chocolate shop with Mexican chocolate treats, a 24-hour tequila and mezcal bar with premium brands, and a 24-hour wine cellar with reds, whites, and champagne are also available at La Casa de la Playa.

“The resort manages to be a private sanctuary where all of your wants are met, your privacy is respected and you can disappear from the world, while still having everything included,” said Heather Coursen of MEI Travel.

“You’re not going to find the large buffets and liquor dispensers in these rooms – instead you’ll find high-end champagne in your minibar and world-class restaurants. It is the perfect elevation of the all-inclusive product.”

Award-winning in-situ restaurants will provide guests with true gourmet experiences. World-renowned celebrity chefs will whip up epic meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on Mexican and Peruvian cuisine.
