This Caribbean Hotspot Is Getting A NEW All-Inclusive Hilton Resort

Hilton is taking over the management of a new all-inclusive resort in Cancun’s “Hotel Zone.”

The Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort, nestled on 600 feet of beach between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon, will open in November. It previously operated as the Royal Uno All-Inclusive Resort and Spa.

Improving on the amenities offered by the previous management, Hilton will add a new spa with a fitness center and an exclusive mini-resort dubbed Enclave. The spa joins multiple outdoor pool areas, a kids’ area and pool, and eight restaurants and bars, including:

  • Azulinda – a coffee shop with sandwiches and snacks.
  • Seasalt – a poolside bar with pizza and tacos.
  • Star bar – a rooftop bar with cocktails and music.
  • Vela – an international buffet designed for families.
  • Kukul Cantina – a grill with cocktails and live music.
  • La Luce – an Italian restaurant.
  • Maxal – a Mexican restaurant featuring dishes from every region in the country.
  • Noriku – an Asian restaurant with flavors from China, Japan, India, and Thailand.

In addition to the all-inclusive eateries, Hilton is emphasizing the resort’s beachfront rooms with ocean views, family activities, and top-notch entertainment. The Hilton brand is working to expand its presence throughout the Caribbean, particularly in Mexico.

“We look forward to the debut of Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort adding to our expanding all-inclusive portfolio in Mexico,” said Nicole Tilzer, Hilton’s vice president of all-inclusive & resort strategy. “We’re looking forward to offering guests an array of distinct dining experiences, an abundance of amenities, and inspiring ocean views in one of the most vibrant areas of Cancun”.

Located about 10 miles from Cancun International Airport, the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe will be the sixth all-inclusive resort managed by Hilton in Mexico. Altogether, Hilton operates 90 properties in the country. The resort is owned by Tortuga Resorts and had been part of the Royal Resorts portfolio until being sold earlier this year.
