Tulum’s municipality has been honored with the title of the Best Beach Destination in Mexico and Central America. The accolade was announced on Sunday by Tulum’s Dirección General de Turismo y Economía.
“Tulum, the tourist jewel of Mexico, shines at the World Travel Awards 2023. Once again, Tulum is awarded as the best leading beach destination in Mexico and Central America at the World Travel Awards 2023 ceremony held August 26 on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia.”
“Thanks to the support of the SRE of the Government of Mexico, the award was received by the Hon. Ambassador of Mexico in the Caribbean area Luis Manuel López Moreno and by the Head of Foreign Affairs Luis Antonio Medina Romero on behalf of the municipal president of Tulum Diego Castañón Trejo”
