6 Amazing Hotels Opening This Fall In the United States

This fall will see the introduction of numerous impressive hotel additions in well-known destinations.

Here are some of the new hotels you should check out this fall.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown

This December, the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina will welcome the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown. Not far from popular hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as tourist hotspots such as the Biltmore Estate, the new hotel will feature 188 suites and more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space.

The hotel will offer a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and a rooftop bar and restaurant.

WaterWalk Jacksonville

Hotel WaterWalk Jacksonville, which opens in October, offers both furnished and unfurnished suites with washers and dryers, full kitchens and bathrooms.

On-site community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, fire pit and lawn activities.

Conrad Orlando

Conrad Orlando will open its doors in late fall with 433 rooms, including 51 suites and 10 spacious family suites.

The hotel also features a Conrad Spa with a private water garden, 40,000 square feet of in-house meeting space and several dining venues, including a special rooftop terrace experience.

Located near Walt Disney World, the Conrad Orlando Resort’s amenities include a 20-acre tropical beach and two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, among other features.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Portland

In downtown Portland, Oregon, the 35-story Ritz-Carlton Residences will open in October with 132 opulent residences and 251 hotel rooms. The $600 million hotel will have rooms starting at $473 per night. The first floor will include office space, conference rooms and retail space.

Aloft Denver Downtown

After a $3 million renovation, the 140-room Aloft Denver Downtown has reopened. The renovated guest rooms, improved lobby, dining facilities, fitness area and social lounge are just some of the highlights of the new look.

The Fifth Avenue Hotel

The newly renovated Fifth Avenue Hotel will have 153 rooms in NoMad when it opens in the Big Apple on Oct. 16. It will offer guests private terraces and prized suites designed by renowned interior designer Martin Brudnizki.

The hotel is also home to Café Carmellini, the signature restaurant of James Beard Award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini, and the cozy Portrait Bar, which serves elegant cocktails and upscale bar cuisine.
