French Long-Haul Budget Airline Launches Direct Flights From Miami To Paris Starting At $281

Beginning this December, France’s first budget long-haul carrier French Bee Airline will be starting direct flights from Miami International Airport to Paris Orly Airport.

At the onset, flights will be operating only three times a week (Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays) with prices starting at $281 each way for a basic economy ticket and $641 for a premium economy ticket. The airline plans to scale up to four flights a week come Spring 2023.

Flights to Paris will depart Miami at 9 pm and arrive at 11:40 am with a total flight time of 8 hours and 45 minutes, while return flights will depart Paris at 2:30 pm and arrive in Miami at 6:45 pm with a total flight time of 10 hours and 25 minutes.

“Paris remains one of the most desired international destinations in the world for South Floridians and with the continued growth that Miami is witnessing, we are confident that this is the best market for our first Southeast route. We are excited about this expansion as we know that passengers will find value in booking competitive prices in the market,” says Marc Rochet, President at French bee. “With the access that the new Miami service provides, we expect it to generate high demand, forging more economic and tourism ties between both cities.”

Those who opt for basic economy tickets are allowed to bring one 26lb carry-on bag but if they have more luggage can opt for a ‘smart’ ticket which allows a 50lb checked bag and includes an in-flight meal. For those who have more luggage and want a further enhanced experience can update to a  ‘premium’ ticket allowing for two 50lb checked bags, two in-flight meals, complimentary drinks, premium seats and priority boarding.

Passengers won’t have to be worried about this budget airline as they only fly Airbus A350s, which are considered to be a very modern aircraft due to its mood lighting, large screens for in-flight entertainment and quiet cabin.

Bookings are already being accepted for December 15th and beyond.
