Oceania Cruises Is Giving Away Free Land Tours (Worth $4,600) – What To Know

Travelers who book their cruise by Jan. 8, 2023, will receive the free pre-cruise or post-cruise add-on experiences on 15 different itineraries that travel to Africa, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and other destinations.

Excursions include stops at some of the world’s most stunning and astounding must-see locations, such as the Taj Mahal, Angkor Wat, the Blue Mountains, the Nazca Lines, and more.

The cost of the land trips might reach $4,600 per person and will be given for free.

“Each of our land programs delve deep into the rich history, culture, nature and architecture of these destinations,” Howard Sherman, the president and CEO of Oceania Cruises, said in a statement provided to T+L.

“There are some places in the world we just can’t reach by ship, but are must-sees when cruising the region, so our immersive land programs are the best opportunity for guests to visit these remarkable places and do it for free.”

Next year, passengers on a number of cruises to South Africa will be able to extend their trip by three nights to explore the region’s famous wineries and visit a private game reserve in hopes of spotting the Big Five.

In addition, passengers on certain cruises to Tokyo can extend their stay by three nights to visit Sensoji Temple, the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Tower overlooking Mount Fuji. This is made possible by the fact that Japan will soon reopen its doors to independent visitors.

Oceania provides a two-day tour of San Francisco following the cruise, including visits to Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf and the Sausalito artists’ district. The trip is available to passengers on the 24-day Insignia Aleutian Bridgeway Cruise, which departs June 20, 2023.

Oceania has a small fleet of only seven ships and offers luxury amenities such as wine tastings, cooking workshops and 24-hour concierge service in all cabins.
